Thinking of Bentley is to think of style, elegance, exclusivity, and soon also of real estate. The legendary Bentley Motors has partnered with Dezer Development and Seiger Suarez Architects to build the brand’s first residential tower. Located on the Miami waterfront, the 60-story tower will offer uninterrupted ocean views and stands to be the tallest residential building on any American beachfront.
The Bentley Residences will hold more than 200 luxury apartments in an innovative cylindrical design with floor-to-ceiling windows. At the center of this high-end skyscraper will be a patented car lift that goes directly to the multi-car garage within the unit, a statement of privacy and exclusivity.
Each home will feature a private balcony, pool, movie theater, sauna, and outdoor shower. The residences will also allocate a gym, spa, whiskey bar, a restaurant, and private and landscaped community gardens and amenities.
The building’s exteriors will sport a reflective silver facade, combined with exterior windows constructed of triangulated glass reminiscent of a diamond.
The project focuses on sustainable luxury living and is designed following the Florida Green Building Council to ensure regulations are maintained, the local environment is protected, and surrounding wildlife is not damaged. The building helps to reduce energy consumption, and the material used reduces coastal lighting to protect endangered sea turtles.
