Brands committed to the environment -and in tune with current market demands – should make the most from each resource as part of the commitment to sustainability and ecological responsibility. This is why Longchamp takes the opportunity to support the planet and present a unique collection created with leftover fabric from its previous collections, Le Pliage® Re-Play.
This collection is colorful, vibrant, and environmentally friendly. Le Pliage® Re-Play consists of three presentations: a spacious tote bag, a shoulder bag, and a fanny pack, which combines two different colors with a third color in leather.
Le Pliage® Re-Play comes in nine color combinations, available in varying quantities around boutiques globally.
Hurry up because Le Pliage® Re-Play is literally a limited edition. Once the canvas and leather stocks run out, these bags can never be repeated.
The Le Pliage® Re-Play campaign on digital media is a series of happy and disruptive videos with the label, Made from our end of the roll fabric. It is not a bag. It’s Le Pliage® Re-Play.
In this campaign, two models remove the excess canvas from the roll, and then the tubes are transformed into stick figures, then they begin to dance. Longchamp also resumed their collaboration with French actress and film director Marie Papillon. Her videos have earned her more than 350,000 followers on Instagram. This time, record her failed attempts to bring order to Le Pliage® Re-Play canvas rolls, and things go from bad to worse when they turn into bags! Videos will be posted on Marie Papillon’s Instagram account and Longchamp’s social media platforms.
The collaboration will be available, starting this summer, in Longchamp Boutiques globally and at Longchamp.
