MIRANDA
Inspired by a sophisticated, elegant, and strong woman, Miranda is a refined cocktail based on mezcal, Mediterranean herbal liqueur, vermouth, and sherry. Its delicate herbal and woody aromas harmonize with desserts with bitter nuances such as dark chocolate.
Ingredients:
- ¾ Oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- ¾ Oz. Fine Jerez
- ¾ Oz. Amaro Averna
- ¾ Oz. Mezcal Ojo de Tigre
- Eureka lemon peel
- Ice
- Coupe cup or Nick & Nora
- Bar mixing glass
Preparation:
- Cool the glass. Place ice in the cup so that it gets the optimum temperature.
- Add the ingredients. Place the spirits and spirits in a mixing glass. Then add ice (¾ parts of the mixing glass) and mix it for 20 seconds with a long bar spoon.
- Drain the glass. Drain any water that may have melted from the ice and pour the contents of the mixing glass using a julep strainer.
- Decor. Finish the cocktail by squeezing the oils from the eureka lemon peel over the cocktail, and then place a spiral of it on the glass.
If you prefer something more refreshing or fruity, Green Sunset is the perfect option for a sunny afternoon by the pool. For sake lovers, Padilla boldly mixes this traditional drink with white tequila, achieving the perfect balance between citrus and green elements – such as prickly pear and basil – that give this refreshing elixir its name.
GREEN SUNSET

- ½ oz. Eureka lemon
- ½ OZ. Simple syrup
