For this reason, European olive oil seeks to position itself as a benchmark for quality and healthy eating with an interactive promotion campaign with the Mexican consumer.
In Mexico, nine out of every 10 bottles of Olive Oil come from Spain, the world leader in this food. However, we often do not find room for olive oil beyond fish or salad. Changing this idea is one of the challenges the Olive Oil World Tour Experience Mexico campaign stands up to.
For this, the campaign invites us to let olive oil be the protagonist in the kitchen and to rediscover the traditional recipes of Mexican cuisine with surprising results, with the help of fun video recipes.

At the campaign presentation, the Spanish Olive Oil Interprofessional was accompanied by representatives of the European Union in Mexico and the Embassy of Spain in Mexico. As well as personalities such as Teresa Pérez Millán, Managing Director of the Interprofessional Organization of Spanish Olive Oil, Alonso Fernández, expert olive oil taster, and the renowned chef Cesar de la Parra, among others.
