Just 50 minutes from the capital, an incredible culinary experience takes place in the middle of an idyllic and captivating landscape, surrounded by gigantic trees, fresh air, and exotic enveloping flora.
Designed to provide a new and different gastronomic experience, Cubo offers dishes and cocktails created from the ingredients that the participants collect in this area within the Otomí reserve, which also serves as inspiration for some of the activities that take place during this day full of cuisine, culture and, of course, nature.
During the rainy season – from June to September – a group of guests led by expert chefs can travel from Four Seasons to the town of Santa Ana Jilotzingo, located on the outskirts of the capital, to take with their own hands’ various kinds of mushrooms straight from the ground. These mushrooms are part of the dishes that participants can enjoy after being harvested.
To enhance the experience, Fifty Mils bartenders designed signature cocktails to pair these gastronomic proposals and involve the chefs and the diners. Cubo is an interactive experience where participants learn about the mushroom variants in this area and their purposes.
