On September 21st, the Aromas Delicias Cotidianas restaurant in Parque Duraznos set out to pamper a large and distinguished group of exemplary women with a delicious dinner and an evening of entertaining and meaningful chat. A gathering-themed, A Dinner For Us, convened by the venue, Chef Josefina Santa Cruz, Chef Pia Quintana, and Sylvia Rivera to invite a pleasant moment with the attendees and share the great news that was inspiring. In addition to flattering her guests with an incredible four-handed dinner by Chefs Josefina Santa Cruz and Itzel Muñoz.
The exquisite six-course menu and fabulous welcome cocktail, Golden Dragon – made with coconut water, Shizo, tequila, spiced honey, and notes of yellow curry – not only succulent, were plant-based, healthy, surprising, and nutritious. A perfect fit for the surprise that the hostesses wanted to share.
These dinners are also a way to celebrate the feminine personality of the venue, team, and clientele and share a memorable night to enjoy the concept of healthy life that Aromas Delicias Cotidianas delivers.
In this edition of Una Cena Para Nosotras, the night unfolded in a fabulously feminine environment, full of effervescent and inspiring conversations, delicious dishes, and great women from the world of gastronomy, tourism, architecture, arts, health, media, and more. A true who’s who of commendable women in Mexico. Undeniable proof of the convening power of the hostesses.
The night’s highlight occurred after the words of the Director of Public Relations of Grupo Carolo and Chef Itzel Muñoz. At Chef Josefina Santa Cruz’s turn at the microphone, who, hand in hand with her friend and renowned Chef, Pia Quintana, thanked those present and exclusively shared the good news of their next project to present.
After moving the attendees by sharing a little about their personal stories, their inspiration, and the vital health challenges they both have faced, they made sure to create huge expectations in the audience by talking about their next project. Their enormous knowledge, years of experience, and contacts will help them offer a series of wisdom and ventures that will help improve health and life quality. The name of this new project has yet to be defined, as well as some of its details, but we are sure that thanks to the dedication and love invested by the creators, it will be a terrific success; and in Statement, we will keep you informed.
