The Italian Dolce Vita and Milan Design Week inspired Italian fashion house Tod’s to collaborate with bicycle manufacturer Colnago. Together they created the limited edition, gravel-type T Bike. A perfect example of Made in Italy design detail.
The T Bike is based on a carbon fiber frame and comes in Racing Green and Cinnamon Orange. Its details proudly show the values of each brand. Its design embodies Tod’s typically timeless aesthetic, while the technology behind the bike comes from Colnago’s innovative manufacturing processes.
It is suitable for rough terrain and urban commuting. Its pieces are an array from leading global manufacturers, some Italian and others foreign. The groupset and wheels are Campagnolo, the tires are from Pirelli, the stem and handlebars are Deda Elementi, and the seat is Brooks.
Tod’s T Bike interprets the desire for sustainable, stylish mobility and reflects Colnago’s will to go beyond the horizons of high-performance cycling and explore new languages and exciting arenas.
To coincide with the bike’s launch, Tod’s is introducing special editions of two of its iconic products. The Tod’s Tabs sneaker and its two-tone windbreaker. Additionally, updates come in the form of new leathers and color schemes.
The Tod’s T Bike is available in a limited edition of 70 pieces at a retail price of over $17,000.
