Isaac Hernández is one of the most committed friends of the Museo de Arte Popular through different projects and presentations. The talented dancer has demonstrated his love and commitment to this cause and will prove it again on July 3 at the event to benefit the artisans, Dancing for popular art.

To promote this noble initiative, on June 6, the Association of Friends of the Museum of Popular Art, AC, headed by the president of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Popular Art, Mercedes Vigil, in the company of Walther Boelsterly, General Director of the Museum de Arte Popular and Paula Arango, member of the board of trustees and coordinator of the event and the outstanding dancer and actor, Isaac Hernández, called a virtual meeting to invite the general public to participate in this event and thus support the talented Mexican artisans.

Accompanying the renowned dancer and actor Isaac Hernández, there will be other great talents from the ballet world like Esteban Hernández, Dores André, and Elena Nikolenko, delighting the public with the presentation of My Way.

With their donation, the participants will be able to make it possible for low-income children and students to have the unique opportunity to receive a private class with two of the most outstanding dance artists: Isaac Hernández and Dores André.

In addition to the invaluable opportunity to interact with world-class artists, donations will contribute to the support and preservation of Mexican folk art. The funds raised in Dancing for Popular Art will finance scholarships for young Mexican dancers and artisans, allowing them to develop their talent and continue their artistic training.

Do not miss the opportunity to contribute to these causes and enjoy a unique opportunity next July 3 at the Museum of Popular Art. Get your tickets on the AmigosMAP page.
