Do you have a special celebration on your doorstep? Do you want to escape from the routine and discover an extraordinary place? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, look no further and visit this fabulous proposal in the heart of the Mexican Caribbean.

Casa Bautista emerges as a private ecological villa that invites you to live a sustainable luxury experience in an intimate environment, framed by its brutalist and surrealist-inspired architecture.

A previously wild terrain in the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve is now home to a sculptural house that blends into the natural surroundings, seeming to stick out of the sea like a rock and float above the treetops. This paradise was conceived by the entrepreneur Ezequiel Ayarza Sforza together with the Mexican architecture firm Productora.

The entire project is cast in concrete with an organic blue color that reacts to sun exposure and its position in the house, generating a changing range of tones that go from the blue of the sea to the pink of sunset”.

The house extends over 300 square meters, whose structure – in the shape of an L – is supported by triangular piles that allow it to blend in with the jungle. In Casa Bautista, the architectural references to Brazilian modernism are evident, in addition to the inspiration that the architects took from Edward James’s Surrealist Garden. The result is a brutalist construction immersed in vegetation, whose spaces invite you to experience a stay of peace and serenity.

A spiral staircase connects the three levels. The ground floor houses water sports equipment. The main floor houses five rooms, designed to provide privacy and connection with the jungle and the sea –organized as two master suites, two double rooms, and a study–, the main dining room and a jacuzzi extending towards the dunes, White. On the third level, the terrace stands as one of the most characteristic spaces of Casa Bautista, with a swimming pool, a grill, and a dining room with panoramic views.

Tzalam wood terraces and pergolas crafted by local cabinetmakers; In addition to providing warmth, they create shade to protect from the sun, promote cross ventilation and expand interior spaces. Its folding mechanism also protects the home from hurricanes and high winds. In this way, architecture and design reinforce the relationship between interior and exterior, respecting Mother Earth and exalting the sea, the lagoon, and the jungle in which the property is immersed.

In addition, thinking about minimizing the environmental footprint, the project prioritizes the use of sustainable energies of solar and wind origin.

The experience of staying at Casa Bautista is enriched with exclusive services such as concierge, personal chef, and activities including yoga sessions, massages, and medicinal ceremonies for wellness lovers. The villa can be reserved exclusively to relax or to celebrate intimate events in total privacy. That makes it perfect for an intimate wedding, an anniversary trip, and other special moments. A sustainable luxury experience and to connect with nature in a personal and cozy way.
