  • H-shaped body: rectangular shape where the hips and shoulders are the same widths. We recommend wearing structured garments at shoulder height like blazers and avoiding horizontal lines in the waist area so as not to add visual breadth.
  • A-Body: Triangular shape with narrower shoulders and wide hips. We recommend printed or plain white shirts and dark/plain pants.

● V-shaped body: inverted triangle shape with small hips and narrow shoulders, like the swimmer’s body. We recommend balancing the shoulders’ width with unstructured garments on top and lower garments that add volume at the hip level, such as pleated pants.
