Reading Time: 1.3 min.

Twenty-five years ago, Mexico learned to believe in the miracles we can do by adding everyone’s efforts. Each contribution, no matter how small, has been part of thousands of stories and lives transformed thanks to Teletón.

Between magical moments and monumental challenges, Teletón supports different causes, thanks to the generosity of millions of Mexican men and women. Among the programs that Teletón supports are 22 Teletón Children’s Rehabilitation and Inclusion Centers (CRIT), the Teletón Autism Center (CAT), the Teletón Children’s Oncology Hospital (HITO), the Teletón University and the Teletón Wig Factory.

This 2022, the closing event of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Teletón began with an unforgettable moment starring the biggest stars of the moment. The boys, girls, and young people of the Teletón Ballet and the wonderful Ballet Folklórico de México led by Amalia Hernández who moved and delighted the audience at the Alfredo Harp Helú stadium.

The stage was decked out with the presence of Aida Cuevas and the unbeatable talent of Amalia Hernández’s Ballet Folklórico de México, accompanied by the children and young people of the Teletón Ballet. Together they surprised the audience with a great show of talent, the fruit of hours of rehearsals, and great capacity. The stars of the Teletón Ballet were accompanied and encouraged by the audience by its great director and founder, Paola Albarrán.

As always, the night was animated by big stars like Emmanuel, Jesse and Joy, and many more. All attendees spent legendary and emotional moments, especially the most special guests of the night, the children and young people of the Teletón ballet, who enjoyed the Teletón event watching the artists, singing, and recording together with their parents in the front rows.

Once again, the miracle was made possible by exceeding the goal and raising $410,473,714; to help Teletón to continue transforming lives and to believe in the magic of uniting for the same purpose.
