Statement.media was present at the lunch at the presentation of the Iron Palace’s Festival of Italy. The experience was a poem for the senses. A very Italian menu available throughout March in the Palacio Restaurants entertained the guests while the afternoon went by and enchanted the rhythm of Italian music in a seductive voice. The company was as great as it could be. Along with Palacio’s friends, special guests, and managers, the Italian ambassador to Mexico, Alessandro Modiano, stood out.
The heat decreased with refreshing Aperol cocktails, as a token of the 14 categories of Italian products available at the Palacio de Hierro and Gastronomía Palacio. In the restaurants, the special seasonal menu is mouthwatering. It includes several times like Parmigiana di melanzane, breaded eggplants, bathed in Pomodoro sauce, and gratin with grana padano. Ravioli stuffed with mushrooms, drowned in mushroom sauce, flavored with white truffle oil. Saltimbocca alla Romana, beef fillet, prosciutto ham and sage, bathed in red wine demiglace sauce. The classic Pizza Margherita with its indispensable touch of fresh basil and for the sweet touch, the iconic Tiramisu, and a delicious Panna Cotta are both present, thanks to the participation of the Casa D’Amico restaurant, who participate in this festival, along with Romina Restaurante.
The best of all is that this festival is not only experienced in the Palacio Restaurants, but Gastronomía Palacio and El Palacio de Hierro offer the best products from Italian legends such as Alfa Romeo, Campari, Ragazza, and many more, as well as some products that for the first time arrive in Mexico exclusively for the luxurious department store. Of course, Viajes Palacio could not be left behind and offers exclusive trips and experiences to dreamlike destinations in beautiful Italy like Lago di Como, Florence, and much more.
