Intertextual by Darío Ortiz, an unmissable exhibition at the Museo Casa de León Trotsky

Reading Time: 1 min.

The Museo Casa de León Trotsky opens its doors to present Intertextual, an exhibition by the artist Darío Ortiz from Artists’ Container, a sublime collection of art where classic scenes of Renaissance art converge with a contemporary and avant-garde air in a challenging conversation between art and life itself.

Intertextuality is the relationship that a text maintains with others of its kind, whether contemporary or previous, in which a text is explicitly or implicitly linked or, in this case, a scene with a particular context, which influences both the production and the speech comprehension.

Through thirteen pieces, the artist, through his imposing hyper-realistic line, invites us to contemplate scenes in which each face conveys an emotion that leads us to enter a moment between reality and fantasy.

Take advantage of the opportunity and visit the Museo Casa de León Trotsky in September to enjoy the exhibition.
