In her seventh book, Celebrating with Paulina Abascal, the chef compiles seventy original recipes and tips for setting festive tables anywhere. The renowned chef chose Cosentino City CDMX as the setting to talk about this project and delved into the relationship she has created with this Spanish coatings brand, as can be seen in several images of her new almanac.
Paulina Abascal has accumulated a list of achievements throughout her career, including the Award of Excellence by the Culinary Academy of France and the Best Pastry Chef in Mexico on several occasions. The chef has a track record of more than thirty-six years dedicated to cooking, and five years ago, she became the first ambassador for Mexico of Cosentino and specifically of Dekton, a highly resistant material with which she has equipped the kitchen of her recording set as well as that of her home.
In Abascal’s new book, recipes come from a family heritage intent to achieve excellent celebrations, which is why there is a section of tips for setting festive tables and how to be a great host. One aspect worth highlighting is that it has an index of recipes by consumption occasion and a table that allows a variety of combinations to develop a menu.
