A few days before the start of spring, Lucía Benítez invited the media and friends of Sobremesa to celebrate the launch of Academia Sobremesa and discover her second printed recipe book, Sobremesamx, available in English and Spanish in one of the favorite spots for lovers of good food, gastronomic experiences, and inspiring details.
Academia Sobremesa is the result of a labor of love led by Benítez and a group of experts and allies; the team presented a fabulous platform where you can learn through online courses that connect the theory, practice, and history behind each dish. In the Sobremesa style—inspired and unpretentious—in a platform with the best masterclasses to learn about baking, health, and nutrition, making fresh pasta with Suppli Pastificio, and pizza from scratch with Abierto de Pizza.
In addition to taking care of every detail, Benítez’s idea for creating her platform is motivated by creating an active community of food lovers and platform students and bringing the Sobremesa experience to your home.
The lineup includes more than a dozen musical and dance groups sharing their rituals from 12 to 22 hours, next March 15 and 16.
