The entire world locates Louboutin and its flagship creations by the legendary red sole while recognizing that this detail is not as exclusive as it once was, nor does it guarantee that this shoe is a Louboutin. However, beyond that icon, Louboutin has created other signature totems and collections that reaffirm his position as a fashion classic. Among these, an inspiration stands out after eight successful editions. This summer surprises us with the most recent proposal of the Breizcaba, a fabulous and fun tote dedicated to the distinctive craftsmanship of various regions worldwide.

This year, Christian Louboutin introduces the Breizcaba, an intricately decorated fabric and felt bag version that celebrates the local rich French heritage. Each iteration has been meaningful to Christian Louboutin on a personal level, with part of its profits donated to a local charitable cause, and this edition is no different, taking us to a region the creative talent has visited since his childhood.

The Breizcaba comes in two sizes and two color combinations, being a contemporary interpretation of a classic tote bag and including many iconic codes of the Maison Christian Louboutin: studs, the CL logo, and the famous Loubi In The Sky motif have been subtly reconfigured to honor the traditional know-how of British crafts, costumes, and artisans.

This limited edition takes us on an artisanal journey to Brittany, where Christian Louboutin likes to spend time in his country house and garden, nested between Paris and the coast. It is a highly characteristic region with magnificent artistic, graphic, and sculptural vocabulary. It even has its language related to Celtic, in which Breizh, which inspires the name of the bag and means Britain.

The symbols sported in Breizcaba have the reputation of bringing luck to those who wear them and are significant for their craftsmanship. In celebration of this craftsmanship, an additional set of four ultra-limited edition bags will be presented, with just ten of each in MINI format and exclusive colors. This series was partially hand-built in the historic Le Minor workshop at Pont-l’Abbé, Britain, using precious materials and ancient techniques.
