On a planet where sensitivity, empathy, curiosity, and creativity must be encouraged it is indecent to think that artists are expected to live and work For art’s sake; hence the value of initiatives such as the Banco de Arte de México and the Fondo de Arte para el Retiro de los Artistas Visuales (Art Fund for the Retirement of Visual Artists).

Intending to support visual artists in acquiring Pension and Retirement Plans (PPRs) to guarantee their well-being after age 65. The initiative features an exhibition of artwork, sales, and a special dinner with a unique opportunity to purchase art and support visual artists.

The initiative seeks to create a solid foundation for these professionals to have a secure and stable financial future. Through financial education, legal and tax support, and the implementation of an independent and specialized organization, they will ensure that artists can dedicate their talent and creativity without worrying about their future.

In this project, each artist chooses the destination of their savings according to their needs and personal planning. It offers options such as a PPR for Young Artists, a PPR for Middle-Aged Artists, a Fund for transferring to family members, and investment projects in diversified portfolios, all backed by the support of major institutions such as GNP Seguros, Allianz, and Arochi.

The current portfolio of artists includes works by figures such as Sabrina VV, Diana Hamm, Samuel Gracia, Christa Klinckwort, Ana Rojas, Marcelo Calvillo, Alejandro Pinpon, Roberto Tostado, Arturo Rivera, Maren Carrasco, Silvia Barbescu, Héctor de Anda, Constance Jones, Diana Hamm, Raúl Aboites, and extraordinary pieces and projects for exclusive sale created by Barry Wolfryd and Augusto Quevedo, Fernando Tames, Flor Minor, and more.

Stay tuned to the Banco de Arte de México (FAPRAV) social media channels to learn more about this initiative and its artists.
