If you find yourself in Santa Fe wanting to eat delicious food, avoid traffic, and enjoy unbeatable cocktails and an atmosphere that makes you forget about the noise of the city and the stress of the office, Sonora Grill and its new proposals on its menu are the perfect option to kill the afternoon.
Our friends at Sonora Grill Santa Fe invited Statement to try them, and what an epic experience it was. As usual, the drinks at Sonora Grill go double for the brave, so we whet our appetite with mezcal cocktails with passion fruit and red berries. In addition to being refreshing, the cocktails made with natural ingredients were excellent for preparing the palate for what was to come.
One of the new proposals on the menu is tomato cream with goat cheese. The mix of flavors and texture is exquisite; however, the portion is large, so consider this before choosing your main course.
For its part, the meat juice with marrow had a prodigious consistency, excellently seasoned to highlight each ingredient, without excess fat and with an unbeatable flavor; a highly recommended entry for meat lovers.
As always, the Sonora Grill table could not be missing different types of salts. It is worth trying them separately to decide whether to complement your dish with them. Although on their own, each plate has a rich seasoning.
Another of the novel proposals on the menu is salmon and its innovative presentation. The smoky touch and the freshness of the mushrooms and garnishes that come with it are the best options for those looking to satisfy their appetite with proteins other than the most popular cuts of the house without losing the touch that identifies the great flavor of this place.
To accompany the salmon, we opted for a reviving cocktail inspired by the mojito but prepared with mezcal created by the mixologists at Sonora Grill. Its fun presentation makes this cocktail a perfect prop to accompany your photos online. The flavor is refreshing and pleasant, and the ingredients are well-balanced.
Of course, Sonora Grill classics like the New York cut are a tasty and safe bet. The experts at Sonora Grill know how to bring each meat cut and term to its best expression. In addition, their garnishes are exquisite and very diverse. We opt to pair it with potatoes.
To close the afternoon between Carajillos and a shot of mezcal as a digestive, the baked apple pie, served with vanilla ice cream, ensured a smile to return happily to the routine.
