Tierras de Origen, the pioneering Mexican firm in the marketing of properties and attracting investors for real estate projects, has announced the launch of two ambitious developments: Hacienda La Peregrina in Mérida, Yucatán, inspired by the love story between American journalist Alma Reed and Governor Felipe Carrillo Puerto in 1922 and the Hotel Franciscana, the first 5-star hotel in the city of Valladolid, Yucatán, designed to offer an unparalleled luxury experience.
An Investment for Visionaries
The projects presented offer a unique opportunity for investors with an affordable initial investment, offering projected annual returns between 15% and 18%.
Both developments have been conceived by the renowned firm DNA Barcelona Architects, under the direction of architect Aryanour Djalali, known for his focus on sustainable and environmentally friendly architecture, where the design takes inspiration from the architecture brought by the Franciscan friars to the region.
