The fittest morning with MicrobiotFit Day

Last Saturday, March 25, the Four Seasons hotel was the perfect setting to welcome guests to Microbiot’s MicrobiotFit day, an extraordinary event for fitness lovers and those willing to give active life a chance. An enriching meeting for the body, soul, and mind that was a hit, and we hope it will happen again.

Inspired by the mantras #TrustYourGut and #StayHealthyStayFit, MicrobiotFit Day featured more than fifteen Masterclasses taught by twenty-five top-level coaches, deep discounts on premium brands of supplements, protein, and of course, Microbiot, delicious healthy snacks, and dashing gifts.

The morning began strong with a Kick Off Run with Tatiana Serur; from the Four Seasons to Chapultepec Forest. After registering and receiving a super gift kit with everything to fully enjoy the experience, the guests went to the different halls of the circuit where classes with the best coaches awaited them, such as the Hypopressive Masterclass with Mich Weil, presented by BeCrickets, some more active like Indoor Cycling with Carpe Diem, the Non-Stop Sculpt by Alice Non-Stop or some more focused on inner well-being like a poignant Sound healing & Energy Pull session with sisters Lich and Mon León or the Healing Ceremony honoring my relationships by Tiba, among many others. Each guest could choose the activities that most interested them, as long as the schedules did not overlap. The challenge was to choose. The atmosphere inspired everyone to sweat, have fun and activate.

With the intention that this impelling spirit continues, the guests enjoyed the opportunity to purchase proteins, supplements, and probiotics at special prices, of extraordinary quality, and proudly Mexican, such as Microbiot Fit Mexican probiotics.

Throughout 6 hours, these experiences allowed more than 350 attendees to comfortably train with the best coaches in Mexico. Participants also had the opportunity to enjoy delicious meals and drinks designed to promote intestinal health.
