This year the start of the Lunar New Year falls on Sunday, January 22, and marks the beginning of the Year of the Rabbit. The rabbit is a prosperous and energetic animal known as the luckiest of the twelve zodiac signs. To celebrate, Chopard proudly presents a limited edition of 88 pieces in stainless steel along with ethical 18-carat rose gold, in which the house welcomes the year of the rabbit with a new dance full of joy.
The classic Happy Sport receives a new ruby party outfit for a year of the rabbit located under the sign of joie de vivre. The sublime piece stands in a diameter of 33 millimeters where stainless steel and 18-carat ethical rose gold are combined. It houses five mobile diamonds that glide over a sumptuous pearly mother-of-pearl sphere adorned with a rabbit.
With its ruby red dial and strap, the Happy Sport Year of the Rabbit watch exudes a decidedly festive air. A symbol of good fortune and joy in China, red has the uniqueness of a glowing presence and a breath of good luck.
