Our visit began with the Tavola Mixta, a cheese and charcuterie board to whet your appetite, a generous portion to share with fresh flavors, and a great assortment, a great alternative to start the night with a glass of wine. The menu options are fabulous. Although the food is magnificent, the warm and attentive treatment of the staff earns your return and a well-deserved recommendation for the place.
At Marcello, attention to detail is a characteristic hallmark that is evident, especially on Thursday nights, cause that is when the atmosphere becomes increasingly cozy and romantic to the rhythm of live jazz. Also, during the month of love, don’t miss the opportunity to try the most loving and detailed presentation of a classic dish prepared in an ideal presentation for the month of love with Valentine’s Ravioli.
Each dish is succulent, but if you are a pizza lover like us, Marcello is a must-stop. The Mortadella pizza with basil, pistachio, and mozzarella pesto is a must taste you don’t want to miss. If you like going extra with flavors, try the Cinco Quesos, a dashing house specialty with Pomodoro, mozzarella, camembert, Grana Padano, gorgonzola, ricotta, and chili oil.
Marcello’s wine and cocktail list is vibrant and robust. Still, if you’re looking for something refreshing and different, we recommend ordering the Vendetta Mezcal, a cocktail of mezcal, mango syrup, and passion fruit.
