The prestigious Fendi Casa boutique finally opens in Latin America on the elegant Masaryk Avenue. The new boutique, established in collaboration with Falic Group, a leader in the global production and distribution of fragrances for luxury brands, opens its doors at Avenida Presidente Masaryk 454 in the exclusive area of ​​Polanco.

After the openings in Milan and Miami, the inauguration of Fendi Casa in Mexico City marks another step in the expansion strategy launched in 2021 by Fendi and Design Holding through the joint venture Fashion Furniture Design (FF Design).

With an area of ​​450 square meters distributed over three floors, the boutique refers to the most emblematic aesthetic and stylistic Maison codes, beginning with the monumental façade with its three glass arches, which pay homage to Palazzo Fendi in Rome. The exterior stands out for its finishes made from handmade ivory ceramic tiles with a geometric version of the FF logo designed by Karl Lagerfeld is displayed, which has been transformed into a sophisticated 3D pattern with steel details to create a perfect fusion of craftsmanship, heritage, and design.

The large windows reveal the bright interiors, characterized by clean and contemporary lines. Steel, pozzolanic cement, and a unique three-dimensional F pattern line the walls, interspersed with shelves and niches in polished steel. The floor stands out with a rich combination of Arabescato Vagli marble and concrete. Features and finishes are the unifying motifs of all FENDI and FENDI Casa boutiques worldwide. Beaming in a sophisticated LED lighting system from Flos, meant to accentuate each piece in the collection and create the ideal play of light and shadow.

The focal point of the spaces is the furniture, designed by big names in international design under the creative direction of Silvia Venturini Fendi. On the ground floor, a series of lifestyle islands interspersed, displaying a careful selection of products, such as the Arches table, designed by the atelier oï; the Five modular sofas, by Marcel Wanders Studio and the Parsifal sofa, by Thierry Lemaire.

On the other hand, the upper floor stores pieces for living rooms and dining rooms, where a selection of the most representative products of the new FENDI Casa Collection share with numerous complementary creations.

On the third floor is the material library, a room where clients, architects, and interior designers can discover the full range of materials and finishes from the FENDI Casa Collection to offer them an immersive experience within the aesthetic universe of the Roman Maison.
