On the occasion of Paris Men’s Fashion Week this June, Christian Louboutin presents its Sartorial line in an immersive experience within the iconic salons of the Hôtel de Crillon.

Custom-made showcases and sets highlight the collection’s artisanal spirit, as the Crillon’s historic majesty serves as the ideal setting for the fusion of timeless tradition and modern sophistication that defines Christian Louboutin.
The presentation begins by offering visitors an in-depth look into the creativity that makes each pair of shoes unique in the Salon des Batailles, with the opportunity to observe artisans at work in three key techniques.

Patine and glaçage are two methods used to achieve the distinctive three-dimensional, glossy finish of the Chambeliss shoe line. The third technique accentuates the detailed handcrafted embroidery crafted by the legendary Parisian workshop Maison Lesage, which shines on the limited-edition Farfajour and Farfanuit styles.

Moving into the Salon des Aigles, the presentation continues with four performers embodying key styles from the collection in a dynamic interpretation of 24 Hours in the Life of a Dandy. Designed to be viewed from different angles, the stage shines framed by two artistic showcases called Vitrines l’Éclaté, which visually deconstruct the craftsmanship behind the Farfaman and Farfarock styles. The performers wear a curated selection of standout pieces, like the equestrian-inspired, couture Lord Chamb boots; the O Louvre loafer, featuring a luxurious moiré grosgrain band; and the Circus Booty Perla, an opulent reinterpretation of an archival design, now decorated with crystals and laser-cut details. This style combines various leathers, including suede adorned with 10,000 crystals and pearls that playfully evoke the pleated collar of a harlequin. The set is complete with the Farfaman, a refined expression of the embroidery technique seen in the previous exhibition and also present in the display cases.

The Chambeliss line takes center stage in the latest space, the Salon Marie-Antoinette, where, according to legend, the 18th-century queen took piano lessons. The original Chambeliss derby stands on a billiard-inspired table alongside the Chambelimoc, Chambelimonk, Chambelimonk Boot, Chambeliboot, Lord Chamb, Chambeliss Night Strass, and Chambelimoc Night Strass models.

Christian Louboutin’s men’s sartorial presentation is a celebration of heritage, creativity, and craftsmanship, expressed with timeless elegance and artisanal excellence.
