Echoes of the Invisible, a fascinating exhibition inspired by the great Masters of the Renaissance

Reading Time: 1,5 min.

Last Saturday, the exhibition Ecos de lo Invisible by the Italian artist Michele Bajona was inaugurated at the Juan Rulfo Cultural Center. An intimate collection that invites us to contemplate the beauty and complexity of the body from a perspective of unveiling. The works make us think of the quote by Honoré de Balzac that says There are several memories in us. The body and the spirit each have their own. Exquisitely, the artist shares a fascinating personal exhibition of drawings and paintings inspired by the great Masters of the Renaissance.

It is a pleasure walking the parks and alleys that shelter the Juan Rulfo Cultural Center to relax and prepare to visit an exhibition in which the artist Michele Bajona invites us through the stain and the superposition of hues, to give shape to the intangible by the physical, revealing a deep connection between the bodily form and the inner world of each individual portrayed. Without architectural contexts or recognizable places, the bodies inhabit evocative environments that we keep in our sensitive memory.

Through this exhibition, we reflect on our humanity and appreciate the beauty that lies in the unseen but deeply corporeal.
