Southern Mexico City has some of the best options to delight your palate, and with the opening of the new Pastry Local, you can now also find a new, sustainable, and delicious concept in the world of pastries.

Pastry Local was born as a bakery made with love, to conquer palates through unique desserts that combine French tradition and a touch of healthy innovation. Chef Karla Aguilar launched this project with the vision of offering desserts made with French techniques and low in sugar, thus taking care of both the flavor and the health of its customers.

During the opening, attendees were able to see the bakery’s extensive display case, which carefully houses each sweet creation, thoughtfully designed and crafted with love.

Chef Anna Ruiz, Mariana Zesati, and Karla Aguilar led the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Among the special guests were Macarena Bribiesca, Molén Antolín, Ricardo Ortega, Fabiola Ramirez, Gabriela Desentis, Carlos Aguilar, Eloisa Breceda, Pablo Lopez, and others, who participated to celebrate the beginning of a new approach in the world of pastry.
