El Palacio de Hierro Polanco hosted Piezas del Tiempo 2025, reaffirming its status as Mexico’s premier high watchmaking event. As part of the tenth anniversary of El Palacio de los Palacios, this edition paid tribute to the timepieces that have shaped generations.

Under the theme “Icons Through Time”, the exhibition featured displays inspired by technical drawings and mechanical precision, inviting visitors to rediscover watchmaking as a balance of artistry, engineering and legacy.

Highlights of Piezas del Tiempo 2025

The world’s most renowned watch maisons presented exclusive releases, limited editions and technical masterpieces that defined the event:

  • Franck Muller showcased the Vanguard Royal Bauxite, an aluminum timepiece with a skeleton movement, celebrating innovation and craftsmanship.

  • Breitling introduced Breitling Rewind in Mexico, a curated selection of restored vintage watches spanning five decades.

  • IWC Schaffhausen unveiled chronographs inspired by F1® The Movie, pairing Swiss precision with a bold, athletic design.

  • Jaeger-LeCoultre reimagined its iconic Reverso with world-time complications and artisanal finishes.

  • Grand Seiko impressed with the Spring Drive 9RB2 caliber, featuring an annual accuracy of ±20 seconds.

  • Hublot honored Mexico with the Big Bang Unico Calavera All Black, limited to 100 pieces and inspired by Día de Muertos.
  • Maurice Lacroix captivated audiences with the Aikon Mercury and its patented “free hands” mechanism.

  • OMEGA presented its first central Tourbillon Master Chronometer, resistant to 15,000 gauss and crafted in noble materials.

  • Panerai unveiled new interpretations of the Radiomir, celebrating its historic military roots.

  • TAG Heuer introduced two new Carrera Extreme Sport references with high-performance complications.

  • Arnold & Son expanded the DSTB 42 line with limited editions in Mint Green and Ascot Blue.
