The special Mother’s Day menu created by Les Divins and their star chef, Mate Zorrilla, begins with a crispy camembert amuse bouche in piloncillo and pasilla chile confit. A magnificent delight, when paired with Calvet sparkling wine, gives a touch of freshness that helps to highlight the presence of camembert.
It’s time to choose an appetizer between two fantastic options; a cold poblano pepper velouté with Fourme d’ambert blue cheese or a marlin tartare with avocado and mango. Both surprise diners with their freshness and presentation. And both have been designed to pamper and refresh the palate in the heat of these dates.
The main dish also offers different options to choose from. Heaven, sea, and earth are present in this seasonal menu. Thanks to the mastery of Chef Zorrilla and her team, each option conquers the most demanding diners in a symphony of flavors that seduce in pristine presentations. The offer begins with a fun dish with exquisite texture and flavors. The l’orange duck Drumettes reinvent a classic of French cuisine, served with a delicious carrot puree.
